We provide a complete technology solution for small businesses, think of us as your own I.T. Department. We can maintain and supply all your technology systems, this can range from Desktop PCs, Laptops and Servers to software applications tailored to your companies specific needs.

Technology is fantastic when it's working well. However, when it goes wrong it can be very stressful, you can spend hours on the phone just trying to find out what's wrong and who should be fixing it. Did someone install something they shouldn't have? Is it your broadband supplier? Is it your email hosting company? There can be so many questions. Our job is to sit in the middle of you and your technology, when something goes wrong your job is easy. Call your Tech Department (us) and we do the rest.

When we first take you on as a client, we'll spend time going over your systems to make sure that we know all the ins and outs and get the numbers of your other tech related suppliers such as telecoms, broadband etc. We hold this information on file for when we need to jump on the phone and tell them to sort it out for you.

We generally look for small businesses based in either North Wales or Chester, this ensures that we can be onsite quickly incase of an emergency.

We also look for companies who rely on their IT in order to do their day to day business. This may be companies who perform some or all of their business on the internet, companies who have software systems that require multiple users across a network and companies who use email as a regular means of communication.

Generally when a glitch happens in your system some or all of the above can fail and can cost your business money in loss of work.

When we take you on as a new client, we put systems in place to monitor yours so we know there's a glitch before you do. As soon as we're notified of the glitch we jump in and fix it.
